Creating Period Confident Schools, Workplaces & Communities
Practical menstrual health education, training and support that helps organisations build confidence, reduce stigma and create more inclusive environments.
Periods and menopause are part of everyday life, yet stigma, misunderstanding and lack of support can still affect people's education, work, wellbeing and quality of life.
Gyne Talks helps organisations turn awareness into practical action.
We work with schools, businesses, care providers and community organisations to improve understanding, develop supportive policies and give people the confidence to talk about and manage menstrual health.

Who We Work With
🏫 Schools
Helping schools become Period Confident Schools through staff training, menstrual wellbeing policy support and practical guidance around period products.
🏢 Businesses
Helping employers create more inclusive workplaces through menstrual health and menopause training, manager support and workplace policy development.
❤️ Care Providers
Equipping care professionals with the knowledge and confidence to support menstrual and menopause health with dignity, empathy and person-centred care.
🌸 Communities
Delivering engaging Know Your Flow workshops for young people aged 11–16, providing accurate and age-appropriate education around puberty, periods and menstrual wellbeing.

From Awareness to Action
Gyne Talks was founded from lived experience.
After navigating my own gynaecological and menstrual health journey, I experienced first-hand how difficult it can be to find answers, feel heard and access the right support.
It made me realise that better education and understanding are needed — not just for individuals, but within the schools, workplaces, care settings and communities around them.
That's why Gyne Talks exists.
We provide practical education, training and support that helps organisations feel more confident having conversations about menstrual health and putting meaningful support in place.
How We Can Help
Every organisation is different, which is why our support is tailored to meet your needs.

Know Your Flow

Why Menstrual Health Matters
When organisations understand menstrual health, they are better equipped to support the people within them.
This can help create:
✓ Greater confidence among staff and leaders
✓ Better support for pupils, employees and people receiving care
✓ More inclusive policies and practices
✓ More open conversations and less stigma
✓ Improved wellbeing, engagement and participation
Small changes in understanding can make a meaningful difference.

My mission is simple: to help create environments where menstrual and gynaecological health is understood, supported and never a barrier to living, learning or working with confidence.
I combine lived experience with professional education and practical guidance to help organisations have better conversations, develop supportive policies and create meaningful change.
