About Gyne Talks
Changing conversations. Building confidence. Creating lasting change.
Gyne Talks was created to make menstrual and gynaecological health easier to understand, talk about and support.
Everyone deserves the knowledge, understanding and practical support to manage their health with confidence — whether they are learning, working or receiving care.
Through education, training and guidance, Gyne Talks helps organisations turn awareness into meaningful, lasting action.
Why Gyne Talks Exists
Menstrual and gynaecological health can affect many aspects of everyday life, yet stigma, misconceptions and a lack of understanding can leave people feeling unsupported.
Gyne Talks works to change this by helping schools, workplaces, care providers and communities create environments where people feel informed, understood and supported.
Our aim is to make menstrual health a normal part of conversations, education and everyday practice.

From Awareness to Action
Raising awareness is an important first step, but real change happens when people feel confident putting what they learn into practice.
Drawing on experience in training, mentoring and supporting others, Gyne Talks takes a practical, collaborative approach.
We work alongside organisations to understand their needs and provide the knowledge, tools and guidance to make a meaningful difference — from improving education and developing supportive policies to building confidence in everyday conversations.

What Guides Gyne Talks
Education builds confidence.
Providing clear, accessible information helps people understand their health and make informed decisions.
Understanding reduces stigma.
Open, informed conversations help challenge misconceptions and create more supportive environments.
Practical support creates change.
Knowledge is most powerful when people have the tools and confidence to put it into action.
Everyone deserves dignity and respect.
Menstrual and gynaecological health should never be a barrier to education, work, wellbeing or receiving compassionate care.
Our Vision
For too long, conversations around periods, menstrual health and menopause have been surrounded by embarrassment, stigma and misinformation.
That can have very real consequences.
Young people may miss school.
Employees may struggle at work.
Managers may lack confidence when someone asks for support.
Care professionals may not recognise when someone needs help.
Organisations may want to do the right thing but simply don't know where to start.
Gyne Talks bridges that gap.
We provide organisations with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools they need to move from awareness to action.

What we believe
Education creates confidence.
When people understand menstrual health, they are better equipped to make informed decisions and support themselves and others.
Conversations create change.
Talking openly about periods and menopause helps reduce stigma and makes it easier for people to ask for support when they need it.
Support should be practical.
Good intentions aren't enough. Organisations need clear guidance, policies, resources and practical strategies that work in the real world.
Everyone deserves dignity.
Menstrual and gynaecological health should be treated with the same respect and importance as every other aspect of health and wellbeing.
Change should be inclusive.
Menstrual health affects people differently, and support should recognise individual needs, circumstances and experiences.
